How much does TastySnap cost?

The app is free. You buy credit packages directly in the app to generate photos — one image costs one or half a credit, depending on the quality tier. New users get a few credits on the house so you can try it before you buy.

What happens to the photos I upload?

We transmit your photo encrypted to our cloud infrastructure, run it through an AI model and send the result back. We do not store photos long-term — once the generation is complete, both the original and the result are removed from our storage. The exact processors we use and what we contractually require are listed transparently in our Privacy Policy.

The result doesn't look great — do I get my credit back?

If the server cancels a generation (e.g. a content filter triggers), your credit is refunded automatically. If you're just not happy with the look: send a short email with the example image, and we'll sort it out.

How do I report a bug or share an idea?

Send a short email to support@tastysnap.app. Useful but not required: iPhone model, app version (see Settings), and a screenshot.

I want my data deleted.

A brief email to support@tastysnap.app is enough. We will delete everything we hold about you (see privacy policy) and confirm the deletion.
